YONATHAN KOHANBUSH
Director of Operations
Los Angeles
Yonathan graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Summa Cum Laude honors award and majored in Molecular Cell and Developmental Biology. Currently, Yonathan attends UCLA School of Dentistry. He aspires to provide healthy eating and teeth to underserved populations and is involved in public policy to ensure everyone is provided with the dental care that they need. During his downtime, Yonathan studies religious texts, spends time with family and friends, and plays his favorite instrument the Iranian tombak (drum).

AARON ABRISHAMI
President and Founder
Aaron is not only the founder of the Zero Falls Initiative but also a member of countless community organizations in Southern California. Recently graduating with Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, Aaron currently is looking to attend medical school to solidify the medical knowledge and training to serve underserved communities and provide quality primary care to all. Aaron enjoys exercising whether is lifting weights or hiking the Los Angeles terrain.

LEVAN ATANELOV, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Atanelov specializes in fall prevention, stroke rehabilitation and spasticity management. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Cybernetics and Masters of Science in Biochemistry at the University of California, Los Angeles. He trained in the University of California, San Diego Medical School and completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
After residency, he was recruited to stay on as a full-time faculty member with Johns Hopkins Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). He served as Assistant Program Director training PM&R physician residents at Johns Hopkins. Currently, he devotes most of his clinical efforts to serving as Medical Director at Steady Strides.
Dr. Atanelov is devoted to the improvement of medical quality. He is member of the State of Maryland Falls Free Coalition and was charged with developing an inter-professional model for caring for patients at risk of falls in the State of Maryland. Dr. Atanelov enjoys hiking mountains and studying the Talmud in its original Aramaic.

ELIOT SADIK

Eliot Sadik is a third-year medical student at Georgetown University School of Medicine. He graduated from Yeshiva University with a bachelor’s in Biology summa cum laude and with Rabbinical ordination. Before medical school, Eliot worked in a rehabilitation clinic assisting those from underserved backgrounds regain their everyday functionality and improve their quality of life. As an aspiring Physiatrist and Rabbi, Eliot strives to provide comprehensive care for all his future patients, catering to their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
